- Sending commercial communications about similar services: only where a valid legal basis exists (consent or legitimate interest under applicable law), with the right to object at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations (tax, administrative, etc.): legal basis in compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Improving the security and operation of the website (technical logs, necessary cookies): legal basis in legitimate interest or consent where required under our Cookie policy.

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and, where applicable, for the statutory limitation periods. Specific retention criteria apply according to the type of data and the purpose.

We will not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law, or where necessary to provide the service (for example, hosting or email providers acting as processors, under a contract or equivalent measures pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR).
If a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards provided for in the GDPR will apply (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other authorised measures).
5. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
